Situation
A short-drama app's first App Store review failed because the IAP product names, prices, and review screenshots did not match what the binary actually sold.
What was done
- Lined up each App Store Connect product against the paywall the reviewer would see.
- Replaced the review screenshots and review notes so the metadata and the binary described the same products.
- Resubmitted once, then watched the listing for 30 days after approval.
Outcome
The second submission was approved. The account stayed on a 30-day launch watch after that.
