Only what you voluntarily submit through the intake form: store type, Team ID or Play Console email, issue description, since-when, and any screenshot or PDF you choose to upload. Submissions open your mail client and are sent directly to us — no third-party form backend.
The site uses browser localStorage to remember your language preference (English / 中文). This data stays on your device; we cannot read it.
Information involved in your inquiry and service delivery is retained only while the service relationship is active. After the engagement ends — or at your request — we delete it within a reasonable period.
