Do I have to hand over my account password?

It depends on the service. Most configuration work is delivered as step-by-step instructions that you execute yourself. When hands-on access is required, it is limited to the scope you authorise in writing, stated in the plan, and you can rotate the password immediately after delivery.

What happens if publishing or an appeal fails?

Store review outcomes are decided by Apple and Google, so no one can guarantee approval. If the delivered result does not match what the plan specifies, the refund policy applies.

How fast do you reply?
